Assuming all equipment same, 4WD, HST, etc....what other differences are there besides one cylinder, a little more power, etc and is all that worth the difference in price for 2005 models?

Depends upon what your intended applications and use requirements are for. I would lean towards buying just a little hp than you think you will need as over time you may add or find more uses and applications. Sometimes 5 pto hp can make a big difference. ....

You also have a little longer tractor with one more cylinder which could be good if you have a lot of loader work. It's obvious you already feel that you need a tactor in the range you are looking but depending on your needs one could be better for you. ....
